CRAVE multimedia package

The CRAVE Multimedia Package is a CD consisting of Multimedia applications and their basic tutorial guides. The multimedia applications are open source applications available freely at the internet. The CRAVE team downloaded these applications, learned them and prepared a basic tutorial guide for each of them. The entire package was released under General Public License.I was responsible for this entire project and was asked to involve students of Don Bosco Institute of Technology too. The parts of the project which I was solely responsible was designing of GUI interface. This was done using tkinters and Python. A CD cover was also designed to give the product a complete corporate look.The target audience kept in mind while developing this project were schools and educational institutes. Taking this into consideration, a Video Presentation describing the use of the package and Case Study to demonstrate a demo of the package was produced.The procedure to create demo and video presentation led me to learn many open source technologies along with a heavy work in video and sound editng.
